Guide to the Online Nomination and Registration Process
Step One: Choose a student
We have included information on common processes for choosing a student from your high school in the student nomination packet.

Step Two: Fill out the Online Nomination Form

Online Nomination
The entire nomination and registration process is online this year.
Step two includes filling out the online nomination forms located here.

Once you have clicked continue, you can fill out information for the student who has been nominated. Clicking next once again, you will be prompted to fill in information for the student and the student's parent's contact information.
The next page is the same information for the alternate delegate. Finally there is school contact information, followed by the final page.
Please review the information you have entered before confirming and finalizing the process.
Please print a copy for your records.
Please note the following:
1. Nomination confirmation emails will go the email supplied on the first page.
2. If you have placed a name other than the delegate's on the first page, this name will appear in the confirmation email.

Step Three: Registration Packet
After completing step two, the student will be receiving an email with a .pdf (found online here).

The forms included are the official registration form, record of medical history, health insurance form, travel itinerary and the consent and acknowledgment of risk form.
Please fill these out in a timely manner and return to MassSTAR at the following address.

Once we have received the health forms registration is complete, and your student is ready for the Conference.
